I just hate the current Broncos squad tbh. Prince was, as predicted, a waste of money. Norman is not a long-term option but will play the year out at fullback. Wallace is largely producing the same old shit and even looks to have declined further as an organising, decision-making halfback. McCullough is promising but still has schoolboy errors in him. Reed has gone to shit. Yow Yeh is on the sidelines for another year. Maranta isn't up to it. We have a supposedly Origin standard second rower who struggles to make 70m and doesn't have a particularly high workrate in defence. We're a top 8 side but are no chance of challenging.
I really don't like Griffin's use of the bench. Hala played 10 minutes, and only came on again with like 10 to go because Hannant got injured. Surely he isn't that unfit? Stagg comes on after 60. Yeah, what amazing impact to save to the end of the match. McGuire only played 25. I know he was sin binned, but still. It just seems like he is trying to burn out our starting pack. You can already seem them tiring.
