The positions stated are just the first positions listed for players.....there are 2nd and 3rd positions if applicable as well. You can play anyone where ever you want regardless.

Only real gripe is that I think Grant's a little underdone. Rest's okay There's no kick distance attribute is there? Guess that makes Francois a little pointless.
If you generally approve I feel as though I've done a pretty good job Your rating doesn't really paint the whole picture tbh. Still tipping you to win it tbh. Best squad (as a whole) imo. Nah no kick distance attribute which has been one of my biggest gripes. The higher the kicking attribute generally means more distance BUT it also means a better kicker as a whole (accuracy, awareness etc.) so it makes it hard when you have a long distance kicker but they're not necessarily worthy of a rating of 95+. Had to just balance it really as you can see with players like Francois.
Yeah my worry is I feel my strength lay in my 16-30 If the rating takes into account 1-30 equally, essentially valuing depth = stars, and I've achieved only a mid ranked team, then I'm worried about the starting 15. Given I reckon I'm up there for depth, if I'm only mid table my starting XV must be considerably weaker. And the XV certainly counts for more. I did have a gripe that it seems like the moment a player went off the field and became a bench player they received a significant deduction. Blokes like Tapaui for example, Harris/Lucas/Michalak/Grant/O'Mahony all seemed much weaker than the starters when really I don't think they're far off at all. Cowan/Charteris/Carizza seemed well OP though, won't lie. Fa'ainga is shit too and he looked good there. So I'll take the good with the bad
Haha thought it was too good to be true. Michalak isn't quite the player he use to be but still rated decently. Pretty sure his overall rating was 85 iirc (I can quote ratings since he's a back) the fact he can kick and goal kick pushes his rating up a bit but even so. Meh at the end of the day I feel as though it's pretty well done, the fact people have ratings means they can work their lineups around them. I feel as though the stats are pretty general so for some players it makes them look better/ worse than they really are even though the ratings are realistic for them.

I've taken all the player skill rating photos for the remaining 11 teams. I'll upload them when I get on my computer (tomorrow). Now that all the time consuming stuff (player creating, adjusting skills, team creating, takings pics) the simming can begin - which takes virtually no time at all.
