    Could blokes like Rego and Darts not play for other sides? There is a lack of proper bowling options in a lot of the sides. Especially seems a shame for Rego to miss out.

    I've given him the opportunity to play for Canterbury/Otago but he would rather eat shit than play for any side that has any ties to Canterbury i'd imagine.

    Nah, I don't want this to be like that. It's about people with ties to the sub-provinces playing for them, not about people with ties to NZ all playing in one big even comp. You said something similar about CD not "needing me" as much as other sides in the original thread; if I didn't play for CD I'd not want to play for anyone.

    I'd honestly rather someone with literally no ties to NZ playing for the other teams than Rego/Darts, because at least they wouldn't have to play for a team they actively barracked against in sport and play against a team they supported.
