Yeah Chicharito and money for Falcao

dont like the sound of that for united tbh

    What's wrong with that?

I'm not pleased since I like Hernandez. Does make sense though I suppose.

hernandez is younger, already well established with his team mates, and more importantly, knows his role in the squad.

if falcao came he would (quite rightly) want first team football week in week out. it could very well cause friction within an attacking unit which is already full.

I think Fergie is wanting to go back to 2 up front and since Rooney keeps dropping deeper he would play him in behind Falcao and RVP

The biggest thing United would get out of signing him is that he wouldn't be going to Chelsea or City.

    Yeh this.

Hernandez is in my top 3 favourite United players though, and brings us someone in the Ole mold so would really hurt to see him go.

Haha it's amazing how easily fans can talk themselves into thinking that signing one of the top 5 players in the world is a bad idea. Reminds me of the whole "we shouldn't sign RVP" camp last summer.

Hernandez isn't fit enough to wipe Falcao's arse.

I'd love to see Falcao. Just don't want to lose Hernandez

    over rating falcao.

plus difference with rvp is, he had already done it in the PL. falcao hasnt.

    Falcao > RVP imo

  15. Riddy JH Ridd

wait and see him in the prem before we can judge imo.

I'd like to see him sign for us but I'd hate to see Hernandez leave.

Hernandez is a lovable guy but that's a bit like marrying a supermodel and spending the whole wedding moaning about a lost pair of trainers that you sort of liked.

Charlie Adam's a great long range passer, you wouldn't sign him though would you?

Dunno about that tbh. Falcao is probably better at running with the ball somewhat and stronger. But RVP's control and first touch are better.

Falcao hasn't been great this season in the second half either after he had a flying start in the first half. And when they are both not scoring RVP > Falcao.

He's scored 26 goals in 30 appearances. Not a bad return.
