This game was always going to go a bit like this IMO. Both teams have rubbish bowling lineups - the Cyclones less so, but the pitch pretty much neutralised their medium pacers. I reckon choosing to chase might've been the better option for the Gamblers.

 

Yeah they really needed him to break the Peaches/Goat partnership. In fact he had pretty much had to get Goat out or he was assured of a ton.

 

Nah you're missing Callum's point. Julian is by far their best bowler playing and the pitch suited him perfectly; they needed him to take wickets or the batsmen were going to get set and the other bowlers pumped. I mean even if he managed to take 3/69 instead it would've given them a chance.
