    Halfback, fullback, number 8 and blindside flanker are the only places where 2011 is better. The wingers and the tight five are a lot better back then with the rest being about equal. Don't forget the AB's would have the record for consecutive test wins if you had Keiran Read playing on this day.

    How can you laugh at my team when you only make three changes (Oliver and Mauger with no Umaga)? I did mine off the top of my head. Looking back now Mealamu was clearly preferred by selectors as he started 20 games between 2005-07, Oliver started 13. Umaga would definitely be in your team from that time. Anyway, the original point is still the same.
