    The Sammy deal was better IMO. Having Hughes as back up keeper takes away from this one a bit. Also Sammy could bat 8 comfortably. Getting rid of Rusty would have been good too.

    I think this deal helps his first XI more, but the Julian deal probably would've made his squad stronger overall. As it now his reserves list is pretty unbalanced.

    I was doing the trade to make my XI stronger, not my squad. Ponting is a better bat than Huss, and Huss was never gonna get a bowl. NCN makes my bowling much stronger, and tail a bit better.

    Yeah it was definitely a good trade for you still but I'd have been more inclined to go the Julian route. If you stay pretty injury free this will work out better though.

    Stokes is arguably my best bat, but I guess bowling plenty could move him to 5. Will see if this is my final XI.
