    some eye opening conversations on the fern about the quota system. Sa has lost all their major sponsors for next season because they didn't transform fast enough this year. There will be massive disruption at all levels over the next three seasons as rugby moves to a 50% quota by 2017.
    I am not commenting but am reading with interest.
