Just give me fair warning before you pick Martin Donnelly for his stellar first class record and Taranaki credentials.

Slightly disappointed that Heef didn't just pick the CC-winning Essex team of 2019 tbh

I thought they might last a bit longer than they have tbf. Harmer and Cook snr. already gone. Bastards.

Fair point. I'll stop editing the OP and everyone can just trawl through the posts.

Pfft 'sif you edit it for anyone's convenience besides your own. You've got the CPL fever

I don't need it actually. I've got my own spreadsheet :p

A few things I'd like to clear up now that everyone has eleven or has timed out R11 (that I probably should have mentioned earlier but didn't cross my mind).

Firstly, regarding what constitutes an "ODI":

Secondly, now that we're into the back end, I strongly recommend you make sure you have at least two 'proper' keepers and at least three keepers total in your squad. Anyone who's kept in a FC game, Futures League game, County Seconds game, Minor Counties game, ODI, "ODI" or anything else I've forgotten that counts in the past ten years will count as at least a part-time keeper, and you'll want three of those at least just to cover for injuries. Having two players who have done it more than once in a blue moon will help a lot too, but having three who are recognised as keepers in some fashion at the very least is strongly advised. You don't want a non-keeper keeping if your first two get injured.

Finally, regarding trades. While no-one had inside information before picks, I've mentioned to people after picks that their picks or other people's picks are good/bad. When it's on the forum it's not really a problem because everyone can see it, but I've had a few discussions on FB too. If I thought the trade implications through I wouldn't have done that, but the horse has bolted. So I reserve the right to just straight up veto any trade that I think someone is doing based on inside info they shouldn't really have, either about their own player or the player they're trading for. DBAC with the trades.

Trades can only be officially completed once everyone has finished drafting their full squads, right?

Nah you can trade now if you like. I should probably make an official trade confirmation thread.

i feel we should be able to draft a 19th player in this case, any domestic side would call up a youth/grade player if both of their keepers were injured

Bot selectors are going to make a second xi for us all. I'm sure cribb would let a second xi player keep if your 2 and a half proper squad keepers are actually injured.

Itstl. No ODIs or FC games for 2 years. Also prone to injuries and has a gap between his front teeth.

Hasn’t done much lately except have half of Australia think he was gay for about a day.

Think he's played a couple of Futures games in the last year though.

Tassie not playing him in Shield cricket is kinda weird IMO. I originally thought he was unavailable due to injury, but no, they just think Pyecroft and Milenko are better options.

It’s a very good gamble at this point imo.
