It doesn't matter whether it was posted before or after the announcement. It was all posted in one night. You went from saying you hoped the Gamblers (specifically) didn't get it because it would be dire to have the same club over multiple sims (that somehow didn't apply to your own bid), to saying you were only trying to defend your own club when you were called out on it. Just admit it, you put in the bid because you want to feel special about owning a club. If you had a true interest in rugby, I'm sure you would have won it, but the fact that you admitted that you have next to no knowledge of the game suggests you only want a club for the sake of having a club.
I had been trying to learn the game a bit better over the last few weeks since I put my bid in. I had told Heef in my bid that I would require assistance from someone with more knowledge than me to help me with the inner workings of the club mainly selections and recruitment. And I wanted another club, to expand my franchise into one of the bigger sims. I'm not fussed though, good luck to them.
Hughesy's bid sounds so balls. So the Gamblers did get it? Devo, such a horrible concept, worst name and everything. Massive in your face "I'm over 18 and like to gamble my money bitchzzz." etc etc.
Nah. CricketWeb would take you, and with the talent to be more spread out next year, I suspect there's still more scope for another team to pick you up anyway.
Awesome but the problem is that I cant login to Cricket Web and hence why i havent posted there for ages. I will still be in the team, right? Everytime I wana login, I have to go to a Word Doc. type in my username because cricket web wont allow me to type the copyright sign. It probably will have something to do with that
