We can still win but jeez that makes it hard. Fuck we've been raped by injury this year.

  2. AVA T Delonge

You don't reckon he'll run around for at least one game next year if he misses game 3? I think he might reconsider if only for a send off that he deserves.

  3. AVA T Delonge

Who do you bring in? Milford is goneskies still yeah? Reckon they chuck Morgan there?

  4. Maroon_Faithful M Faithful

Well, I'd pick DCE but yeah I'd say Morgan will be with Munster to the bench.

  5. Paddy P Orr

I don't think so. He's pretty well committed to ending rep footy this year.

You'd have to think Cordner would be in a fair bit of doubt for game 3 with a torn calf.

  7. Magic AJ Parker

Big loss if Cecchin gets rule out for Game 3.

Reckon the Melbourne connection and being 18th man will get Munster into the side.

It's like my birthday come early.

    lol WAC.:p

Agree with all of this so, so much. Imagine the devastation merely having Peachey sniffing around the ruck could provide.

  12. Boobidy BJ Gemmell

I'd bring in Norman for JT, Goates for Holmes and Munster for Boyd.

  13. Julian BJ Taylor

    I hope they pick Munster.

He's a gun but he's not a half, nor is a utility bar covering the back 5 IMO.

Munster will be picked at left centre. Oates will miss out again, apparently.

  15. Cribbage RG Cribb

He's a passable enough half for him to be considered utility cover for there as well as the back five, IMO.

Definitely shouldn't be starting there though. It'd just be Queensland repeating the mistake they made when KHunt started ahead of Prince.

Munster, Morgan and DCE all had MOTM (or close to it) performances. NSW will be picking Pearce again. How does QLD keep dominating NSW in the halves? NSW will probably still win off the back of their forward pack, but Pearce will once again do nothing.

Confirmed that Cherry-Evans will again be overlooked and Ben Hunt will be no.14. They haven't decided whether Morgan or Munster will play five-eighth but apparently Walters is leaning towards Munster with Morgan at left centre.

Well done Lockyer, Miles and Walters. As a selection panel you've gotten almost every marginal selection in this series dead wrong...Gould is right. Munster shouldn't even be in the mix to play in the halves. He is a gun centre in waiting. DCE is the next best half we've got and can't even crack the bench.

You're a bunch of hacks who know fuck all about picking rep teams.

  18. Toolman TR Man

Morgan should definitely be 6, Cronk and DCE wouldn't combine as well imo. DCE definitely should be Cronk's replacement if he's out.. but coming off the bench I'd prefer Hunt. But then there are better utility options but I suppose he's wary of Cronk not making it through the game.

  19. Cribbage RG Cribb

This has been true in the past but it's not true anymore IMO. DCE has been playing more like a traditional five-eighth than a traditional halfback at Manly this season; if anything he's been playing something more similar to the role Thurston plays for Queensland than even Thurston does at club level.

Harry Sack and Maroon_Faithful like this.
  20. Alec AD Funkotron

Apparently they don't want to pick DCE because he's a weird shifty cunt.
