Haha I assume they've got procedures/templates/forms for everything? Kinda going through a bit of that sort of thing ourselves at work atm. A few new peeps in and around the office, and really not many written processes for some things that most of us just do now out of habit, and in our own differing ways. So we're setting up some firm-wide processes, which means change for everyone to some extent, and atm trying to find the right balance between having an overload of process forms to follow/fill out, or not enough which can lead to disaster.
