    Raiders
    Storm

    Titans
    Warriors
    Sharks
    Knights
    Dragons
    Tigers
    --------
    Broncos
    Cowboys
    Sea Eagles
    Bulldogs

    I'm really struggling to see a world where any of those bottom 4 teams get a win over any of the top 6, even through origin etc.

    Manly are such a strange one. I don't know if they have just struggled to adapt to the new rules but they just went for being potential contenders in 2020 to absolutely woeful with very little change in playing roster. Jake Turbo and DCE in particular have had a massive drop off in performances.

    Penrith play some really good footy but fuck they are so hard to like. I’m sure its just an immaturity thing but they are unbearable at times. Less so players like Yeo and Fisher-Harris more just the young brigade, I wonder if it’s the new generation of player coming through now that they know they can’t cop a beating on the field anymore.

    Cody Walker falls into the same bracket, on one hand he’s such a good player to watch but just an absolute shit stain of a person on the field.

    I especially can't stand Walker, he's such a sook when there's a bit of niggle towards him, seems to throw him off easily.

    Crichton has been charged apparently for that Tapine thing, which I think is good. I think there might have been a bit of a misunderstanding there though, I'm not sure if he knew he was there because he was coming off the bench or if he thought he was just standing there from trying to cover in D or something. Was pretty rubbish from Crichton.


    Luai can carry on as much as he likes though, he's just a rat and I love it.

    I'll be interested to see what Penrith go with when/if they get to full strength. Burtons looked really, really good at centre, I've especially been impressed with some of his defence. Naden is back available for selection, Korisau isn't far away, Momirovski has done a really good job.

    Before last night I'd have probably been inclined to flick Staines and stick Naden on the wing outside Momirovski, but he's shown a few flashes of his ability to create something from nothing and great finishing that could prove invaluable. So many options.

    Wests really are a pisstake of a club. With the sort of junior talent they have, and drawing on support from two long standing Sydney clubs, how can you get it sooo wrong for sooo long.

    And here they are, getting pumped, at home, to a Cows side missing Morgan and JT who couldnt win a coin toss.

    Very few people on here, if any, agreed pre-season. Not saying it wasnt a semi-obvious pick but a lot thought Penrith would decline and didnt think Souths were good enough.
