    Yeah seems like we could get some mileage out of NL'ing in this game since random lynching is gonna hurt us particularly in the unrest scores if we hit town. Arheiner needs to get in here and explain wtf he was on about though??

    Yeah in theory I agree, but this might be difficult to achieve without some sort of coordination. Not much good if we all randomly select different nations because we'll end up spread too thin, and as this is a relatively small game we don't really have the luxury of time and so can't really wait for unrest to accumulate slowly. In other words, not much good having an even level of unrest in all the states (e.g. 6 or something) if town has more or less been completely killed off.

    Not sure how we'd coordinate this without revealing our locations to the Maf though, and something tells me nothing good would come from doing that

    Yeah true, it's just something to bear it in mind.

    Don't see what info we get from interrogating Arheiner. Whether he's guilty or not, he obviously just made a mistake.

    I figured it was worth causing a revolution in a single location first and then moving on to others. I see that might result in too many of us hanging around in the same place.

    agree with morgs re arheiner. Also think UC is onto something, but as sledger points out coordination would give things away.

    By the same token does unrest decline in counties where the mafia are? Unfortunately any info the next day comes one move too late.

    Inclined to NL unless anyone saw something

    Yeah, as nobody seems to have anything, and because I probably won't be online much for most of today (and I think the day will run out by around 4pm UK time) I'll say No Lynch for now.

    It was a Party Conference that was unable to raise even the haughtiest of noises from the soporific amongst the massed crowds of delegated. There wasn't much concern about either the disappearance of the Hungarian lawyer or the gathering storm clouds of unrest fomenting in the nether-regions of the Soviet sphere of influence. As one delegate after another droned on about the success of the previous five year plan, and how the next five year plan would be ever more successful, it was clear that no one would be denounced at this year's conference.

    No Denouncement passes, night begins

    Unofficial Count: No Denouncement (Uppercut, Hedger, Vimes, Howe, Tart, Himann, Prez, Morgieb, AVA, Skippos)

    Night One begins.

    Orders in as soon as you can, please!

    4 night orders still required. Also, one player is about to go off on holiday and I haven't been able to find a replacement yet. If there's anyone keen to replace them, please let me know. Otherwise, I might ask Athlai to take their role if there are no objections. It would be quite odd for a former player to take a new role, but Athers has been told nothing and died n0. Any objections though, and I'll find an alternative.
