Well tbh Luffman left with a starting spot, and Farny left with Tyson leaving too. And for the Clones, Callum has performed Tyson's role very well with bat and ball. Welker left but has come back.
Yeah this. But the main reason you're full of shit Ged is that the Cyclones where almost dead. Members weren't active they had considerably more outs than ins as each season progressed. If we didnt join and brought the breath of fresh air into the place, I seriously doubt it will be around. Even if it was, it certainly wouldnt be in the position they are currently.
You had **** all to do with Clones since I have been there, in terms of keeping to going or anything like that. Yeah you helped on the field but off the field you did nothing for ages.
Our depth isn't dire. We have Delonge in the seconds ATM 25th best batsman, then we have Smith and Centin as quick bowlers and Sweetman Carson as up and coming batsman. Darts is a decent ALC bowling allrounder with TheGreemSim as a new bowling AR. Then Scoble who's improving. Might not have the best depth but it isn't bad by any stretch of the imagination.
The reason we won't do well here is because we don't have big stand out players, so when we are stretched over two teams that are supposed to be balanced our strength, which is our consistency over our starting 11 is broken. The closest thing we have to big game players is Eggman and myself. Both of whom are unproven.
Yeah your lack of star type players is probably more the problem than your depth. However I would still say you lack ALC players that could step up to FC cricket.
Big difference between making it at BS Level and doing OK Making it = 4/50 or Avg 40 runs Do OK=takes 1/50 or avg 25 runs Vipers have Delonge and Centin who could make it imo. and guys like Smith,Darts etc who could do OK.
4/50? So average 12.5? Nah lol. I reckon I'd make it, as would Marto and Veri. If Emm signs that means we could have Frizzed in ALC, who'd be able to make it in BS. Then Ridd and, by the end of Season 9, McDougal who would do ok/make it. Oh and Farhat.
