    Listening to the interview I got the feeling he doesn't like the idea at all. I wouldn't be surprised if he started there but it wont last long.

    As for the fullback/centre thing that was more from other sources than the interview on the radio.

    At least Pearce will be the 7. About the only thing confirmed right now.

    Well he seemed pretty sure when they asked him whether Carney is a halfback or 5/8th and said it doesn't really matter aka he is one of the two.

    And rumour has it that Craig Wing isn't happy with his Union contract and will be at the Roosters, with Cameron Smith keen to sign in 2 yrs when Wingy retires. It's all happening at the Eastern suburbs.

    Wouldn't be surprised if one of Carney/Anasta/Pearce ends up on the bench, much like how Smith was using Rogers/Dureau/Mullen and one stage.

    Carney would actually make an awesome centre IMO, but it'd waste some of his skills a bit. I think the obvious solution is to play Anasta at lock.
