I don't see the point in it but then again I don't see why not. I'll make a mention of it starting next round.
The point of it from my pov is to easily identify anyone who's performing sub-par so I can swap them out and play someone else. Most of which I can tell from the stats, but I suspect the stats don't tell the full story.
