Week 6: Rogers Cup (G, CSWT 1000) & US Clay Championships (C, CSWT 250)

This week marks the start of two things: The grass season, and the first 1000 class event. Both of this week's tournaments take place in North America, with Canada's Rogers Cup taking most of the attention. Most likely we'll have a nice rankings shuffle, but we won't be able to have a new #1 until at least next week depending on performances.

The Davis Cup also resumes this week after a week off, so selectors take note.
