He's a tough one to crack. High wage so likely is close to a pop in bat/technique but still if one made him an allrounder he'd be a great one - but if one followed the bowler path he'd be absolutely elite. but because he's a medium it's not worth going bowler so you'd go AR and end up with a worse player out of it.

Starris's fella has better talents but mine's got a better wage and better fielding.

I'd expect his to go for 100k more but barring that my fella doesn't have a massive bowl/tech gap (which isn't too bad anyway, much prefer bowl > tech than tech > bowl as the former is far more fixable) I'd expect my fella to end up the better player.
