8am?! Could it be an hour earlier by any chance, that way I could log on just before I leave for college and see the scores?
Nah. 11 hours difference at the moment. 7pm = 8am as it's not NZST. The time difference between UK and NZ is either 11, 12 or 13 hours depending on GMT/BST and NZT/NZST crossovers. For about 3 weeks a year, the difference is 12 hours and the rest of the year (British summer/Kiwi winter) it's 11 and (British winter/Kiwi Summer) it's 13.
It's pissing it down here for this game of Seasonal Rugby, and a critical one too. The Sharks are slight favourites with the Heef TAB here, and looking out to the pitch we can see why. James Torres, the Hurricanes key 2nd rower is walking on crutches to watch the game from the dug out. I'm not quite sure why he's on crutches when I hear that his injury is simply a broken toenail.
Scoble bounces the ball on the centre-line and waits for the ref to blow the whistle. This match is underway as Scoble barks orders to the speedsters. Matthew Scoble with the kick. He hits a middling kick. That's gone to Rikki Fittaman who drops it cold. Knock on. Scrum down! The next phase to be played from 15 metres on the Hurricanes side of the halfway line. Scrum to the Sharks. Great work by the Sharks. They've secured their own ball and win that scrum gaining 0 metres.
