So since Leicester have sacked Nigel Pearson just this evening, I reckon it's about time to start a thread for next season.

Thoughts on his replacement? Harry Redknapp did say recently that he'd be open to go back into management if the situation was right for him. Reckon he would be keen for the Leicester job.

Cbf'd clogging up threads with discussion, so here it is...

Searched it already, couldn't find it...

Pretty dire 2-1 loss. Exposed a week centre back pairing, lack of communication showing through...

Still not chuffed about the lineup, plenty of room for improvement there, which ****s me off that Benetiz doesn't even know his best lineup at the begining of the season..

Anyway, Reina was pretty good, as too was Gerrard.

Would like to see Reira start next up against Stoke, with Babel...

Wasnt here for the last games and neither was I at the time so thought id make it now as something to talk about.

Points from the last games

Uniteds game = Dissapointing but happy we won, Scholes head was class, rooney was a bit of a cry baby but we need him fit for derby so understandable we brought him off.

Chelsea = also dissapointing, didnt watch a lot of it but what I saw was all Porto attack. Good put away by Anelka in the end

Thread to discuss the qualifiers and later final tournament the best international competition in the world, not stained with inferior Asians and Africans (except France & Belgium), although sadly missing the Americas.

Expanded to 24 teams which is a bit iffy since 16 was plenty I thought, but pretty much should make sure the best teams and players are all there.

Early call is a France v Spain final.
